Our Story

Both of us are native Southerners, but our real estate and relationship journey started in Los Angeles where we met, got married, and lived for many years before moving back to the South and Atlanta to be near family.

Vatasha’s family has deep roots in the Metro Atlanta area, and since Eric’s mom was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s, being close enough to care for her was a must. Life changes whether big, small, good, or bad are inevitable. It’s nice to work with folks that have experience to share with you. We definitely know both sides of moving, powers of attorney, conservatorships, and property issues. Eric learned from his grandfather who was in the Army Air Corp what it means to provide and plan for family down the road. Eric’s grandfather showed by example by arranging for both Eric’s grandmother and himself for their long term care and final arrangements in spite of their humble means. They were taken care of by his military benefits, insurance, and early planning.

Our goal is to help others plan and prepare for the future by guiding them toward their goals and purchasing their unneeded property so all parties are happy with the outcome. That’s why we start with your goals in mind and work our way backward through your situation to structure the best deal possible.

Eric Rubin

Eric is a problem solver with the knowledge and network to help with most any real estate situation thrown his way. He is a licensed broker and investor. There is not much he hasn’t seen such as dealing with property asset managers based on the other side of the planet, driving fabric mistakenly left behind to a seller’s new house, or picking up sellers for closing after their paperwork was lost by the shipping company. Eric’s background in film and comedy helps him do his job with a good attitude and a little comedic relief when needed. At least he thinks so. Vatasha agrees… sometimes.

Vatasha Rubin

Vatasha is the backbone of the business keeping everything running on schedule. She is behind the scenes making sure paperwork, along with everything else, is where it needs to be when it needs to be there. [company] is a well oiled machine thanks to her efforts.
